I'm so glad to read that. Escaflowne was so underrated but one of the best series ever, I think.

It is underrated. :( I can hardly find anything on it and, from what I've seen, there isn't a lot of fan art. :\

This is such a great interpretation of Hitomi!!! i love it!!!! Your style is so cool. The composition of this piece is very nice. I like the way you did the border, especially the hair. The white space in Hitomi's hair is really well done too!

I just cosplayed her this weekend. Escaflowne is the best! :heart:

Thanks a lot for your kind and thoughtful comments!! I love Escaflowne, I don't think it ever got the attention it deserved. I cosplayed Hitomi once myself! Thank you again :D

This is quite beautiful. I really like the look of the picture, a change in the media you're used to seeing something in is really refreshing. Beautiful work!
